Please follow the instructions below to Install the patch for Windows Vista.
(Note: If you have purchased both Level 1 and Level 2 then you will need to carry out the installation in the folder of both the packages to make them run)

Installation Instructions for Level 1:

1. Open the file CSKProcess.zip after downloading it.
2. Extract the file CSKProcess.exe from the zip file to "C:\Program Files\Nirvana\Chinese for Smart Kids Level I\fscommand\". You will be asked to replace it with an already existing file by the same name, do so.
3. After placing the file in the folder right click on it and click "Properties" > "Compatibility" > and check "Run this program as an administrator" (Bottom-left of the window) > click "OK".
4. Go back to the folder "C:\Program Files\Nirvana\Chinese for Smart Kids Level I\".
5. Locate "CSKActivate1.exe" within this folder.
6. Right Click on the file "CSKActivate1.exe", click "Properties" > "Compatibility" > Check "Run this program as an administrator" > Click "OK".
7. Run the ChineseForSmartKids Level 1 Software and Activate again.

Installation Instructions for Level 2:

1. Open the file CSKProcess.zip after downloading it.
2. Extract the file CSKProcess.exe from the zip file to "C:\Program Files\Nirvana\Chinese for Smart Kids Level II\fscommand\". You will be asked to replace it with an already existing file by the same name, do so.
3. After placing the file in the folder right click on it and click "Properties" > "Compatibility" > and check "Run this program as an administrator" (Bottom-left of the window) > click "OK".
4. Go back to the folder "C:\Program Files\Nirvana\Chinese for Smart Kids Level II\".
5. Locate "CSKActivate2.exe" within this folder.
6. Right Click on the file "CSKActivate2.exe", click "Properties" > "Compatibility" > Check "Run this program as an administrator" > Click "OK".
7. Run the ChineseForSmartKids Level II Software and Activate again.
